Payment:

  • Net 30 credit terms can be set upon approval of credit application.

Shipping:

  • All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

  • Shipping charges will be determined by the total weight of the shipment.

  • All shipments will be made within 48 hours unless customer is notified otherwise and agrees to backorder status.

Return Policy:

  • Merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund on single gallons (shipping costs excluded). Returns must be approved by our Return Department.

  • No returns are accepted on personalized labeled merchandise or after 90 days of invoice date. Also returns will not be accepted on 4 gallon cases.
